The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT) is a state-wide organization that promotes women's participation in public, corporate, and civic arenas. Through raising awareness of women's roles in society and business, HWNT seeks to help improve the educational, cultural, social, legal and economic well-being of all women.

Its Chapter Education programs include college preparation, writing skills, assertiveness training, and life skills, and there are no fees associated with this program due to the scholarship program.

HWNT hosts an annual conference on professional development and networking for students and professional women in all career levels.
