The Patent Fee Integrity Act served as the sister bill to the [[Innovation Protection Act]], introduced by Rep. Conyers in the House. This senate bill would have created a revolving fund known as the [[United States Patent and Trademark Office]] Innovation Promotion Fund. The Patent Fee Integrity Act was identical to the aforementioned Innovation Protection Act through its power delegation, termination of existing USPTO accounts, and annual reports.
