The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT) is a state-wide organization of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to promoting the that promotes women's participation of women in public, corporate , and civic arenas. Through raising awareness of women's roles in society and business, HWNT seeks to advance help improve the educational, cultural, social, legal and economic well-being of all women through a broader awareness of their role in society, business and family.

===Education===
The Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) developed provides an Education and a Scholarship Program to assist Latinas attain higher education. HWNT provides Education Programs through the Chapters for support Latina high school studentsin attaining higher education. The Its Chapter Education programs for all Latinas must include college preparation, writing skills, assertiveness training, and life skills. These Latinas will be provided scholarship opportunities , and there are no fees associated with this program due to the scholarship program. <br />

HWNT's Conference is hosts an annual event focused conference on providing professional development and networking for students and professional and student women at in all career levels of their career
===Membership===
Membership grants access to networking, professional development, and student mentoring.
