Biography

Meghana was born in Hyderabad, India and immigrated, with her family, to the United States when she was three years old. She now studies both economics and applied mathematics as a third-year undergraduate at Rice University. She has a particular interest in macroeconomics, and optimization.

At Rice, Meghana spends her free time mentoring refugee youth, getting involved at her residential college, Lovett, and planning Rice's annual TEDx conference.
