The Houston Minority Supplier Development Council provides Pre-Certification Workshops the first Thursday of every month to assist in the application and it is strongly recommended to attend.

HMSDC hosts luncheons to connect businesses, a golf tournament that raises MBE scholarships, mixers, MBE Tours, and a yearly EXPO with over 1,400 participants.

Certification costs range from $250 to $800 depending on the category of the company.
