The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT) is a state-wide organization of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to promoting the participation of women in public, corporate and civic arenas. HWNT seeks to advance the educational, cultural, social, legal and economic well-being of all women through a broader awareness of their role in society, business and family.

Services

Education

The Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) developed an Education and a Scholarship Program to assist Latinas attain higher education. HWNT provides Education Programs through the Chapters for Latina high school students. The Chapter Education programs for all Latinas must include college preparation, writing skills, assertiveness training, and life skills. These Latinas will be provided scholarship opportunities and there are no fees associated with this program.

Membership

Membership grants access to networking, professional development, and student mentoring.
