Summary
The McNair Center's Project for Entrepreneurship Ecosystems has two primary goals. The first of which is to identify and explain all fundamental components of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in an educational manner. The second is to research and discover the shared characteristics of successful startups in order to establish statistically significant correlation and potential causation with respect to success in small business.

- The Hubs (Academic Paper) examines metropolitan statistical areas with and without hubs to determine the impact that hubs might play in the growth of a city's collective startup community.
- The Entrepreneurship Ecosystems of Houston (Issue Brief) delves into Houston's entrepreneurial ecosystem to ascertain whether "crowding out" may be occurring.
Future Work
Moving forward, the Project for Entrepreneurship Ecosystems intends to expand via the following possible deliverables:
- The Entrepreneurship Ecosystems (Wiki Page) will provide a general overview of entrepreneurship and its various components.
- The Defining Entrepreneurship Ecosystems (Vlog) will function in much the same way as the wiki page above; however, its message will likely be split up into multiple videos and directed towards a more casually interested audience.
