Avesh graduated from Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Connecticut in June 2015. In August 2015, Avesh began his undergraduate education at Rice University in Houston, Texas where he currently is a sophomore Political Science & Policy Studies major and pursuing a minor in statistics. He is a member of Brown College at Rice.

Avesh graduated from Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Connecticut in June 2015. At Ridgefield High School Avesh was the captain of the Mock Trial Team and Debate Team as well as serving in leadership roles in student government and the National Honor Society chapter. His involvement in debate and mock trial motivated him to pursue further study in the social sciences, and flirts with the idea of attending law school or pursuing postgraduate degrees in the social sciences. In August 2015, Avesh began his undergraduate education at Rice University in Houston, Texas where he currently is a sophomore Political Science & Economics major pursuing a minor in statistics. This past summer, Avesh worked as a research intern at IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, New York. He worked with the Deep Learning group to develop visualization techniques for training processes. Avesh has also worked with the Local Elections for America Project as a research assistant collecting and analyzing local governments across the nation. The prior summer, Avesh worked as an intellectual property analyst at Intellectual Profit LLC where he gained experience with the legal and commercial aspects of innovation.

Early Life

Avesh was born in Westchester County, New York to parents Dr. Arvind and Mrs. Sonia Krishna. Since 2005, the Krishna family has lived in Ridgefield, Connecticut. He has a younger sister, Tarini Krishna, who currently attends Ridgefield High School.

Education
