Documentation on the process and eventual designs for the new patent database.
TODO on 3/921/2017* Continue working on Excel spreadhseet analyzing current schema and new schema design Determine what tables in database need to always be there (this spreadsheet can be found under Projects/Redesigning Patent Database/Comparing current schema patents, inventors, etc.) and new schema)which tables were added for separate projects* Look at actual schema Start documentation for the "core" tables of the databases that exists right now should not be deleted.* Make ER Diagram for "core" tables in database * Start documentation for how one should go about changing/altering the allpatent "core" tables* Start documentation for how new tables should be added to database
