10/31/2017 2pm-4pm: Began downloading blocks of data for individual states for the [http://mcnair.bakerinstitute.org/wiki/Tiger_Geocoder Tiger Geocoder] project. Wrote out the new wiki page for installation, and beginning to write documentation on usage.
11/1/2017 2-3:30pm: Attempted to continue downloading, however ran into HTTP Forbidden errors. Listed the errors on the [http://mcnair.bakerinstitute.org/wiki/Tiger_Geocoder Tiger Geocoder Page].
