3/23/2017 14:30- 17:45: Finished debugging the brute force algorithm for [http://mcnair.bakerinstitute.org/wiki/Enclosing_Circle_Algorithm Enclosing Circle Algorithm]. Implemented a method to plot the points and circles on a graph. Analyzed runtime of the brute force algorithm.
