2/23/2017 14:30-17:45: Continued to download geocoded data for VC Data as part of the [http://mcnair.bakerinstitute.org/wiki/Enclosing_Circle_Algorithm Enclosing Circle Algorithm] Project. Installed C++ Compiler for Python. Ran tests on difference between Python and C wrapped Python.
