Workflow
The workflow is based on four wiki pages. We can recover 'lost' data from these pages, but I suggest that at the start of work the pages are copied into text file (get the text using the edit button at the top of the relevant page and copying out the window) and saved on a local machine and then at the end of the work process the contents of the pages are submitted back to the wiki (again using a page edit).
The four So far we have `processed' the following pages are:
#PTLR Annotated BibTeX Master
#PTLR Up Group Candidate Filename
#PTLR Thicket Definition
The PTLR Annotated BibTeX Master page contains BibTeX entries (next set of papers is provided in approximate alphabetical order by author) followed by comments and extracted text made during the preliminary classification. The PTLR Up Group Unclassified Candidate Filename page contains filenames for files that can be found in the drop box folder which are currently marked as candidates for the up group. For each filename listed in Hopefully this page, find the corresponding entry in the BibTeX Master page and:*if it is an up will mostly contain down group member amend it papers. We need to include the new tags go through these papers and fill classify them by searching through the paper. Searching the pdf (Cntl-f) for the term 'thicket' adding them to find thicket stance and definition is recommended. Remove the entry and any notes from the annotated file, and include the amended and completed entry (without further notes) in the following pages:#PTLR Core Group Processed BibTeX#PTLR Up Group Processed BibTeX page.*or, if it isn#PTLR Down Group Processed BibTeX For the core and down group papers we won't an up group member, don't do anything to it's BibTeX entry ' be filling out the following tags (or its notesat least yet for the core group papers, and probably ever for the down group papers) in :  thicket_stance={}, thicket_stance_extract={}, thicket_def={}, thicket_def_extract={},  For the moment the Master file  tags={}, and just add  tag can be left blank for the filename core group, but it would be very helpful to put enough useful comma seperated tags for us to work out roughly what the PTLR Non-Up Group Filename pagepaper is about from them.We should also expand out the   research_type={},
To get the process started, I've 'completed' some entries in tag contents for the PTLR Up Group Processed BibTeX pagedown group. HoweverPossible tags other than empirical, with the exception of the first onetheory, they need reviewing and filling out properlydiscussion, might be econometric methods, stylized facts, etc. Hopefully what I've done will give you a feel for what should be done.e.. but it will still need re-doing. We should also keep a running list of the thicket definitions , we've used (and try want to standardize) them on capture what the PTLR Thicket Definition pageresearch is providing in meta terms with this tag.
