2017-09-08: For xpath project, added notes on [[Patent Schema ReconciliationEquivalent XPath and APS Queries]] titled "Notes for Joe to remember". Listed orgname xpaths for citations, discovered that the citations and inventors section were effectively identical. Orgname still needs to be added to Patent Schema Reconciliation text.txt.
