IMPP exists to strengthen effective working relationships and The Interagency Mentor Protege Program fosters long term stability relationships between established companies and local agencies with emerging historically underutilized businesses. Benefits for participating in IMPP include but not limited to: '''Criteria''' <br />In order to qualify for this program, businesses must be currently certified as small Women-Understanding your owned, Veteran-owned, Minority-owned or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by The City of Houston, METRO Small Business or hold a current registration from the Port of Houston or the Houston Independent School District. The business financials must have been in continuous operation for at the last 24 months and bidding<br />-Create have an average revenue between $150,000 and strengthen working relationships between established $4.0 million in the past three years. Additionally, the business must have a minimum of four employees.
